Victoria Benton Frank has dual residency in the North and South. She grew up in Montclair, New Jersey, but now calls the Lowcountry of South Carolina, her home. She is a graduate of the College of Charleston and The French Culinary Institute. When she isn't writing, she is cooking, reading, or chasing her two gorgeous children.
